Spring Fun!!

It has been quite a while since I have last posted, but I wanted to continue with my "Top 5" Series.

This one will be focused on my top 5 must have beauty products under $15!  So in no particular order, here we go:

1.)  Sephora collection blush in "Peach Fusion" $13
Truly one of the most pigmented blushes I have used!!  This color is absolutely gorg!!  A true matte peach that will look great on every skin tone!

2.)  Mac tinted lipglass in "Florabundance" $14.50
I pretty much own most colors in the lipglasses, but this shade is the one I go back to the most!!  It is a super pretty peachy/pink nude (trust me this picture does not do it justice)!


3.) NYX Bronze Smokey look kit $12
With summer just around the corner, this kit has you glowing in no time with perfectly coordinated colors.


4.)  Sonia Kashuk 5 piece brush couture set $14.99 
I have worked with & used Sonia's brushes for quite a while & am very impressed with the quality!  They apply color well and are extremely durable!!  What's better than 1 brush for a great price.....5!!!!


AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....


5.)    Mac Wipes $15
These babies remove even the most stubborn of makeup.  They have a super refreshing scent & you can get a lot of use out of just one sheet!

Happy October!

This is absolutely one of my favorite times of the year!

Weather is changing, holidays approaching...

My Top 5 Beauty Products under $20

Everyone loves a sweet deal, but we also

want great value for our money!

I have tried endless amounts of products and will be doing

a series of top 5 products within a certain dollar amount.

This post is my top 5 fab beauty items under $20.  Of course there are

many others I love, but we will start with these (oy vey this was a

challenge to narrow down because I'm such a product junkie! )

They are by no means in any particular order but here we go!!

MAC Eyelash Curler $16

This Full Lash Curler is amazing!! 

I have tried so many that either pinch when they curl or

don't curl at all!!  I personally use this one and use on my clients!! 

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner $18

I cannot say enough good things about this liner!!

It goes on super creamy so it doesn't tug on the lash line,

but stays on phenomenally!!  There are also a ton

of colors to choose from!

Per-fekt Skin Perfection Gel to go size $17.50

I la-la love this primer!!  It evens out skin tone, reduces redness

and is enriched with antioxidants to improve skin

texture over time!!  Not to mention smooths out the skin

to help your makeup stay on!!  There is a translucent one as well

as several different colors based on skin tone.  This is a mini size of

the original but since you only use about a pea size, this will def last!!

Too Faced Exotic color eye-shadow

in Poison Orchid $18

Too Faced recently re-vamped their line and came out

with some gorgeous new shadows!!  This one is by far

one of my faves!!  It is a dark purple with with gold and

sort of green metallic undertones.  I know it sounds weird but this pic

doesn't really do it justice!  Lovin this as smoky eyes are in for fall!!

Bare Escentuals Buxom lip gloss $18

Oh Buxom..how I love thee!!  If you have not tried

this I urge you to do so!!  It is a lip plumper but it

gives you more of a cooling, hydrating sensation as opposed to

"this thing is literally burning my lips off" type of feeling.

My fave color is Katie which is a light neutral pink.

Very Exciting!!

Hi everyone!!

This is my very first post of hopefully many to come!!

I am obsessed with makeup and love gabbing about it to everyone

and anyone!!  I am a makeup artist by trade and a "Chatty

Cathy" (as my mom & aunt would say) by nature!!

I love finding the newest and hottest products out there to

share with my peeps (that now includes you!!)

There are many exciting things that I am working on right

now and can't wait to share!!

One of the best places to find new product is at IMATS (International

Makeup Artist trade show).  There are several held

around the world and I have been fortunate

enough for the past 2 years to attend the Pasadena event.

I thought it would be fitting for my first entry to share some

fab photo's I took from the event.  Hope you enjoy
